Hear the
Sirens
Call.
A women's social netball team based in Llantrisant. Good vibes, fast games and great company every Tuesday night. All abilities welcome — bring your trainers, leave with friends.
Why Sirens
A team that feels like home — at the speed of netball.
Community First
We're built on friendship. From court-side cheers to monthly Step & Sip socials, you're part of the squad from day one.
All Abilities
Never played? Played for years? Returning after a break? Doesn't matter. We meet you where you are.
Play to Compete
We play in the NFSL Summer League and have fun chasing wins — but the score never matters more than the people.
Ocean Origins
How the Sirens began.
Hi, I'm Lauren, owner of Sirens Netball, created in September 2025. I played netball at school, took a break, and came back as an adult — now with 7 years of experience (and still occasionally pretending I'm not out of breath).
I started Sirens because I wanted a no-stress, go-with-the-flow kind of team where everyone feels welcome, no matter ability or age. My coaching style is super relaxed — no shouting (unless I'm cheering you very enthusiastically from the sideline). I play C, WA, WD — basically anywhere apart from shooter and GK (shooting is not my ministry).
What I love most is the community spirit. The women in this club genuinely make Sirens what it is, and I'm grateful for every single person who's joined and brought the energy, laughs, and a bit of organised chaos.
More than a team, a community — join the wave.
