How the Sirens began.
Hi, I'm Lauren, owner of Sirens Netball, created in September 2025. I played netball at school, took a break, and came back as an adult — now with 7 years of experience (and still occasionally pretending I'm not out of breath).
I started Sirens because I wanted a no-stress, go-with-the-flow kind of team where everyone feels welcome, no matter ability or age. My coaching style is super relaxed — no shouting (unless I'm cheering you very enthusiastically from the sideline). I play C, WA, WD — basically anywhere apart from shooter and GK (shooting is not my ministry).
What I love most is the community spirit. The women in this club genuinely make Sirens what it is, and I'm grateful for every single person who's joined and brought the energy, laughs, and a bit of organised chaos.

Rain, shine or Welsh mist — we're on court at Y Pant Comprehensive. Drop in for a session, see if it's for you, and we'll do the rest.
